F2 Advisory (“we,” “us”) operates f2advisory.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company, and message. When you request the Expert Witness Qualifications document, we receive your name and email address.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the site and its service providers record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies; you can block them in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on.

How we use it

  • To reply to your message or send the document you requested
  • To keep a record of inquiries
  • To keep the site secure and working properly
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the site

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run the site, and only as needed for them to do so:

  • Established Digital, which hosts and maintains the website
  • Google (Google Workspace for email; Google Analytics for site statistics)
  • Mailgun, which delivers the emails the website sends, such as form notifications and the document you request
  • Cloudflare, which protects the site from spam and attacks, including a check that confirms form submissions come from a person

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept in the site’s database and our email for as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the inquiry, and are deleted when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
